Refund Policy

At Fahrenheit NPR: Premium Training and Fitness Solutions, we stand behind our premium, personalized packages and want you to feel confident in your purchase. However, all sales are final except as outlined below.

7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you purchase a training package and decide it's not the right fit, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date (the date payment is processed). To request: email us at nicholaspr@fahrenheitnpr.com with your name, purchase details, and reason. We'll process the full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus any non-refundable processing fees if applicable.

Statutory 3-Business-Day Cancellation Right (Texas Law)

Under Texas Occupations Code Chapter 702 (Health Spa Act), you have the right to cancel any prepaid training package contract and receive a full refund of payments made by sending written notice (via certified mail) to our address below, postmarked no later than midnight of the third business day after the contract/purchase date. Include proof of payment.

After the Refund Windows

No refunds are issued for packages after the 7-day period (or 3-business-day statutory period, whichever applies).
Sessions are non-transferable unless pre-approved.
No prorated refunds for unused sessions, partial packages, or voluntary cancellations (packages are prepaid commitments to support consistent progress).
Exceptions may be considered case-by-case for documented medical reasons, injury, or extenuating circumstances (e.g., doctor's note required; we may offer prorated credit or transfer at our discretion).
No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) forfeit the session—no credit or refund.

Payments & Processing

Packages are purchased through the Site or via secure third-party processors. All refunds follow the processor's rules and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
