WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING

Using fitness programs that are customized and comprehensive, my goal is to walk my clients along a path where they ultimately fall in love with a healthy lifestyle. It's what I do best with the least amount of effort. Take a look at some of the reviews that have been submitted by satisfied clients.
Henry B.
“I started training with Nick at twelve years old. He has greatly improved my performance within my sports. Nick has helped me understand how to use the weight room, build muscle and do it in a safe manner. I am so grateful for what he has done for me outside of my training. He has helped me deal with stress and has taught me breathing techniques that help me deal with my everyday anxiety. I don’t know where I would be without him.”
Carlos M.
"Nick is not only an outstanding personal trainer, but an exceptional human being. In just three months under his guidance, I've seen remarkable results—visible progress in my physical strength, better overall discipline, and gains that I couldn't have achieved alone. His technical expertise, tailored sessions, and genuine character make every workout something to look forward to. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a coach who truly cares about your growth."
Tanushree D.
“I have been training with Nick for almost two years now, and it has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health. His guidance helped me stay consistent, and I lost nearly 15 pounds in less than 10 months — exactly the goal I set when we started. I’ve worked with trainers around the world and have been lucky with all of them. Each trainer has a unique approach, and Nick’s is his balanced focus on strength building and nutrition. He once told me, 'Treat food as medicine.' That phrase will stay with me forever.”
What are your qualifications?

I'm dual-certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), a top-tier, globally respected organization: Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC). These NCCA-accredited credentials ensure my training and nutrition guidance are evidence-based, safe, and tailored for real results.

Who do you generally work with?

I primarily work with busy professionals in Houston who want to lose fat, build strength, and stay consistent with real accountability. That said, I've successfully trained a wide range—from total beginners to experienced athletes—across various ages and fitness levels.

What options do I have?

You can train 1–3 times per week in person at The Zone Sportsplex in Houston, go fully virtual (via smartphone/app), or choose a hybrid mix of both. Packages are tailored to your schedule and goals, with pricing varying by frequency and format. The initial consultation and goal-setting meeting is always free—no strings attached.

How long have you been in fitness?

I've been a professional trainer since 2022, but my own fitness journey began in 2009 and has shaped my life ever since. My goal for every client is to help them build a sustainable, healthy lifestyle they genuinely love—one that sticks long after our sessions end.

What can I expect working with you?

You’ll get a fully customized plan built around your goals, including exact workouts (what to do and when), detailed calorie and nutrition guidance, and clear off-day instructions to keep progress steady. Everything is tailored to your life, with built-in accountability and support so results feel sustainable—not temporary.

Where do you train people?

I train clients in-person at The Zone Sportsplex in Houston (10371 Stella Link Rd, just outside the Southwest Loop). Sessions take place in their well-equipped second-floor gym. Clients training there will need a membership to The Zone (affordable and easy to set up).

Have you ever worked with seniors?

Yes, I've worked with many seniors and truly enjoy helping them build strength, mobility, and confidence. While I don't hold specialized senior-specific certifications, I always welcome them and adapt every program to their unique needs, goals, and any health considerations for safe, enjoyable progress.

What do you like to do outside of fitness?

My top priority outside of training is deepening my relationship with God through faith, prayer, and reflection. Beyond that, I love collecting vinyl records, playing guitar, surfing, cooking, reading, training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and other combat sports, and spending meaningful time with family and friends.
